Service terms

Inferaft is a shared inference service operated by 주식회사 브이로프 (VROF Co., Ltd.). Free preview access ends at the time shown in your console. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions sold through Paddle.com as merchant of record and renew automatically until you cancel.

Plans and renewals

Plans (Lite, Pro, Max, Ultra) run in 30-day billing periods that renew automatically until you cancel from the billing portal. Each renewal starts the plan's usage allowance fresh. Completed requests draw from that allowance. Published per-model token rates are the fallback ceiling when accounting data is unavailable. Usage is subject to the plan's 5-hour, 7-day and 30-day windows. Unused allowance expires at the end of the period and is not cash credit. The shared concurrency, per-minute rate and context limits always apply.

Refunds and cancellation

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, credits for unused allowances, or partial refunds for partial periods. You may cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and the current term keeps running to its end date. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Payments and tax

Paddle.com is the merchant of record for our subscriptions and handles checkout, card processing, invoicing and sales tax. Your card is charged by Paddle and card details never reach Inferaft. Chargebacks are governed by Paddle's purchase terms.

Shared access

Up to 10 in-flight requests per workspace; 1,200 starts per rolling minute. Longer prompts have no separate hourly request quota. Total input plus output must fit the selected model's published context window and output ceiling. Requests may wait up to 45 seconds, then return a retry response.

Model and tool behavior

The active model is identified in the model catalog. API compatibility does not mean the service is provided by OpenAI or Anthropic. Outputs may be incorrect. Your client is responsible for authorizing and executing tool calls and checking results.

Account use

Keep keys private, use one account per person and do not bypass shared limits. No latency, uptime or uninterrupted-capacity guarantee applies.
